Please tell me the shipping cost.
Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of the parcel.
Please proceed with your order. After entering your address, shipping charges will be displayed.
What is the cheapest shipping method?
I think JAPANPOST "surface mail" is cheaper.
However, shipments are currently not being accepted.

For small parcels, JAPANPOST "Small Packet" can save on shipping costs.
Due to the low priority of delivery, it takes 2-6 weeks to arrive.
If the parcel is of a shippable size, it will appear on the shipping method selection screen.
Does the shipment have a tracking number?
We do shipments with tracking numbers.

For international shipments, tracking may also be available on your country's postal website.

Please note that online tracking status may not always be up-to-date. Unfortunately, we cannot answer any questions regarding the delivery status of your parcel as we have no control over the delivery of your parcel. Please contact your local post office for more information.
Why was I asked to pay extra to receive my package?
Some countries may require customers to pay import fees in order to receive their packages. These fees are paid to your local government and our store unfortunately has no control over them. Please consider any import fees you may be obligated to pay before placing an order at our store. Our store is unable to undervalue shipments or mark them as "Gift" to avoid customs fees.
I would like to pre-order items that will be released in the future.
Due to a system issue, this Online Store is not accepting pre-orders.

However, we are able to take pre-orders.
Please check the pre-order items on our Japanese online store "BoostGear [ https://minicar-fs.jp/ ].
If there are any items you would like to purchase, please let us know via e-mail or order form.

If the item is marked "sold out" I may still be able to place an additional order with the manufacturer.
If you would like to purchase an item please place an order with me.
Will out-of-stock items be restocked?
For new items, please inquire with us.
If the manufacturer has the item in stock, it can be restocked.

Used items may be restocked.
However, it is unknown when that will be.

If you would like to be notified when an item is back in stock, please sign up for restocking notifications on the item page. 
I would like to place an order using a Japanese forwarding service company.
We can ship directly worldwide.
Therefore, there is no need to use a forwarding service company.
We do not accept orders to forwarding service companies due to the number of scams that have occurred using them.

If you must use a forwarding service company, please use PayPal as your payment method. If you do so, please be sure to specify the forwarding service company as the shipping address in PayPal.
Can I purchase other Online Store items from your company?
We are available to take your order.

Let us know via e-mail or contact form what items you would like to purchase.

I'm going to be in Japan. Do you have a store I can visit?
Yes, we have a physical retail store in Aichi.

Please note that our physical store and our online store are two different entities.

Orders placed at our online store cannot be picked up at our physical retail store and questions regarding the online store cannot be answered by our physical retail store staff.
